Estimated reading time: 2 minutes

Leantime is one of the 7 companies selected to participate in this Fall XVI cohort of the RIoT Accelerator Program.

The RIoT Accelerator Program (RAP) is a 12-week intensive accelerator program serving early and growth stage companies and corporate innovation teams. The program operates in multiple RIoT Labs locations, several times per year. Uniquely, RIoT does not take an equity stake in startups supported in RAP, nor do we ever own Intellectual Property developed. Teams accepted into the program are granted 6 months free access to RIoT Labs and a 1 year sponsorship of RIoT for free access to services across our entire portfolio.

Leantime will participate along companies such as:

Phase II out of Quantico, VA.
Cell Matrix Corporation from Blacksburg, VA.
DeVil-Tech from Stafford, VA.
Beam Diagnostics out of Roanoke, VA.
N-Smart from Sterling, VA
A.U.G. Signals from Toronto, Canada

Leantime is excited to be a part of the program, “We’re looking forward to being part of the RIoT community,” said Gloria Folaron, “They’re really focused on building sustainable businesses.”

Leantime is an open source project management system built to help companies connect their visions to the day-to-day work and make it a more personal experience for the members of the team. For some time now, studies have been creating a dire picture of the future of work — employees are disengaged, “quiet quitting” and the strategic opportunities are not being well communicated. Leantime is changing that by connecting the purpose of an employee’s role to the actual goals being accomplished and making them trackable in real time.
