We set up a private virtual machine for you and install Leantime on it. Like hosting an open source version, there’s no limit on users. You can do as much as the server can handle.
As many as your server can handle before needing to upgrade plans. Call it unlimited users. The only limit is the amount of data you create. If you notice the server slowing down it may be time to upgrade to the next package.
You can install plugins through the plugin market place (coming soon). Separate charges apply for plugin purchases. If you’re looking for features like Strategy & Program management, we can help you customize that ahead of plugin release.
We don’t permit access by default. If you have a use case that requires access please reach out to us to get ssh access.
Yes, we can run imports and exports for you. Just reach out to us.
You get the latest stable version of our Leantime Open Source Package. We will automatically update you to the latest version.
You can create a cname record to your instance to access Leantime via a custom domain starting on the Plus plan. We’re happy to help you with that.
