What does decentralized mean?
Once earned, tokens will not be tied to a company or organization but to the earner. This means you will be able to collect tokens from any organization that works with Leantime.How is it automatic?

No, you don't have to know anything about cryptocurrency or be involved in it. For our beta, we will be using proprietary tokens and will be moving towards the ethereum blockchain. You won't have to do anything other than collect tokens. Think of it as a points system that does not expire and is valid across multiple organizations.
