Understanding the Project Dashboard

The Project Dashboard is the central hub for monitoring and tracking your project progress. To access it, simply click on the “Project Dashboard” tab on the left-hand side of your screen. From there, you’ll be able to view a comprehensive overview of your project in one place.

The top tile on the page displays your project name and description, and you can quickly favorite or share the link to your project from this section.

Below the project description is the To-Do’s section which provides a list of your latest outstanding to-dos. The tile below the To-Dos section at the bottom of the page lists all the team members assigned to the project, you can also invite more user to the project here.

On the right-hand side of the page, you’ll find high-level progress metrics. The first tile in the column on the right side of the screen is the Project Updates tile which allows team members to post status updates and communicate with each other. You can also reply to status updates and add your own update by clicking the “+ Update Status” button, here you can set the current status of your project as “On track,” “At risk,” or “Off track.”

Below the Project Updates tile is the Project Progress tile, which displays a pie chart tracking your project’s progress and the percentage of to-dos left to complete. It also shows your progress percentage for each of your milestones.
